Right of withdrawal

Under Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99, the customer has the right to withdraw from  contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within ten working days from receipt of product.
The withdrawal right is exercised by sending, by the deadline (10 days), a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Euroretracts - Via Enrico Fermi 47 – 51010 Massa e Cozzile (PT) Italy.
The communication can also be sended by e-mail, fax or telegram, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.
The product must be returned at the expense of the customer within 15 days of its receipt. The product must be intact and stored in the package which was provided by the manufacturer.
Euroretracts will refund the sums paid by the customer within 30 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

Warranty and Notice pursuant to Legislative Decree no. N.185/99

The Product warranty shall be the official, offered by the manufacturer thereof.
The service is managed on products sold directly by producers through its authorized service centers.
If it were needed, the customer will contact the manufacturer for technical assistance on the product (for the guarantee is important to keep your invoice or purchase receipt).
